Now, didn't we learn something from last week's post! I will continue to promote this web site in class, but please don't pass this on - commenting on this week's post will earn you a homework pass in Spanish class. Keep it under your hats.
Here we go:
Bible: Pressing on with Lessons 22 and 23. I will take a homework/quiz grade, which I announced last week but was stymied by the weather.
US History - change in plans!!! The test will be delayed until Friday, Jan 15. The second class didn't get the Thursday lecture because of the early dismissal. We should be able to wrap things up for both classes on Tuesday and open class on Wednesday and Thursday with review. However, we will begin lecture over test 13 at the earliest possible opportunity.
Spanish I - Test delayed until Wednesday (Ch 5, lesson 10), but we have a great deal to accomplish in the next couple of days. Come with your pencils sharp and your pants on fire - we're going to be moving!
Spanish II - virtually the same as Spanish I. Test over 3-3 on Wednesday, Ch 3 next Monday.
Arts Apprec - Roman art review, then on to Rococo. We begin lecture in earnest with Rococo, so get ready to take notes.
Drama - we go to the stage this week with BBB and will spend one day putting music on stage. The first 25 lines are due by Friday, so all 25 and unders should have everything memorized - including prompts. Let's not spend a semester learning lines - instead let's spend our time learning to act! Sorry for the delay in assigning everyone their roles, but that should be completed on Monday - would have been last week except for the snow.
I've read this! It's really helpful!
ReplyDeleteYes, this website does seem to be helpful. I have always wanted to learn about the twentieth century, but in every history class I have taken it has always been about colonization. I am so glad that I can finally hear about the world war instead of the revolutionary war that I have been taught 8 times over.
ReplyDeleteI have indeed read this, and I endorse it fully.
